    The customer service was super friendly and accommodating. I had forgotten to set my parking disc. Even though it was my mistake … More the fee was waived. I spoke to a very friendly and knowledgeable woman on the phone after I explained what had happened. I was shopping and had forgotten to set the parking disc, so the fee was canceled. In the future, I will make sure to always set my parking disc. It’s definitely not a given that you can reach companies by phone so quickly and without being put on hold. Since my issue was also handled so positively, I would like to once again sincerely thank the lady who handled it.

    On August 7, 2023, I parked at Aldi Süd to go shopping there. The parking lot is monitored by PRM to check whether you are authorized to park … More . I was, since I had shopped at Aldi and hadn’t exceeded the maximum parking time. However, this time I forgot to set the parking disc. My mistake!!!
    When I went to my car after shopping at Aldi, I found a payment notice for €25 on the windshield. Since I was entitled to park there because of my purchase, I notified them via email and sent my receipt along with the payment notice. A few hours later, I received an email response to my message stating: "We are happy to cancel the payment notice as a gesture of goodwill," with the request to place the parking disc in the windshield next time. I would like to sincerely thank PRM for their understanding!!! 👍🙋 Peter
